All the reserves will have to be confirmed by our
personnel by means of telephone communication, via fax,
or by means of email, and previous entrance of 25% of
the total price of the reserve an one c.c whose data
will be provided at the moment in which the reserve is
made. A reserve without later confirmation of the Rural
Hotel Carlos I will be totally null, thus the Direction
declines all legal responsibility in this case. To the
reserves annulled 15 days ahead, the totality of the
amount will be given back to them. Between 14 days and
one week, 50% of the amount will be given back to them.
The cancellation with less than one week of advance does
not have right to return.
